It is a set of dynamic and versatile techniques which consists of a sequence of maneuvers mainly performed on the muscles and joints. It starts gently to warm up the muscles. The maneuvers become deeper and more vigorous.

Process
I take a moment at the start of the session to get to know you in order to understand your expectations and to know how your body feels. By assessing your level of tension together I will be able to adapt my massage accordingly and use theessential oils adequate. The massage table can be heated if the need arises.
During the treatment, only the massaged parts are uncovered in order to preserve your privacy.
