A deep tissue massage relieves chronic pain and muscle tension. It applies more intense pressure than Swedish massage. The movements are slow and target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This type of massage should help you relax and unwind.

What is Deep Tissue Massage?

Its goal is to find chronic pain, sports injuries and general pain and eliminate them. Slow, deep pressures are applied using the hands, forearms and even elbows to the large muscles of the body.

Process

I take a moment at the start of the session to get to know you in order to understand your expectations and to know how your body feels. By assessing your level of tension together I will be able to adapt my massage accordingly and use theessential oils adequate. The massage table can be heated if the need arises.

The rhythm of the massage is intended to be slow to encourage the incursion through the different muscular layers, the intensity of the maneuvers is constantly adapted to the sensitivity of the tissues.

During the treatment, only the massaged parts are uncovered in order to preserve your privacy.

1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes

 On massage table with sheets + use ofessential oils.
